TRP Channels

Transient receptor potential (TRP) channel is a class of non selective cation channel proteins widely expressed in peripheral and central nervous system cells. So far, more than 30 TRP channel family members have been cloned in mammals.
TRP ion channels are closely related to a variety of sensory reactions, including heat, cold, pain, pressure, smell and taste. They are easily regulated by natural aromatic substances, and are also targets for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
Amazigh has the stable expression cell lines of TRPC1 and TRPM2 for corresponding drug screening services.
