Potassium Channels

Potassium channels are the most widely distributed type of ion channels, which exist in almost all organisms and is closely related to the formation and regulation of cell resting potential.
The potassium channel family has more than 70 members including voltage-gated potassium channels (Kv), calcium activated potassium channels (KCa), inward rectifying potassium channels (Kir), and two pore potassium channels (K2P), etc.
Amazigh has nearly 20 stably expressing human potassium channel cell lines for drug screening of potassium channel targets.
